Industrial Properties

Chambers County offers many areas for companies to expand or move. There are six industrial sites available, including the Chambers County IP South Site, which is a designated Alabama AdvantageSite. An AdvantageSite is one that is considered "shovel ready." Five of the six sites are less than one mile from a railway, with two being adjacent to a rail.

Additionally, Chambers County has multiple open industrial buildings, with at least one of those being adjacent to a rail. Buildings are available for light industrial work and business and commercial work.
